Lord Sinclair est un Powles 38 de 1974 ,une cabine double à l'avant, une cabine double à tribord, une salle d'eau douche wc, à l'origine 2 Volvos 250cv remplacés par 2 caterpilars de 304 cv neuf, en 2004 qui ont 250 heures avec les inverseurs les lignes d'arbres les hélices à 4 pâles.Changement de la porte d'entrée par une baie vitrée, un propulseur d'étrave a été posé la même année. Le bateau à été repeint entièrement coque et supers structures, Le Pont a été refait entièrement en teck ainsi que Le cokpit : une porte d'accé à la plateforme de bain était ouverte dans Le tableau arrière avec tout les renforts que cela implique, plateforme de bain en polyester et teck. Passerelle hydraulique neuve: la sellerie du fly et celle intérieure a été refaite en 2005, IL y a un groupe éléct.nani diesel. Chargeur 50 A neuf pour les 4 batteries 2005, Chargeur automatique de batteries neuf indépendant pour Le groupe.La casquette du fly a été rallongée pour créer un salon de fly avec une table.Les reservoir Ont été refaits en inox 2 pour Le fioul 1200 l et 2 pour l'eau 400 litres .électronique: radar,sondeur,sonar,GPS traceur pilote, flaps double pistons,direction hydraulique, remplacée entièrement, cuve à eau noire et wc electrique neuf, tender semi rigide lomac 3 m 2005 neuf avec housse, plus 4 cv evinrude, et grue inox de mise à l'eau: frigo inox 160 litres 2006, micro-ondes, congélateur, réchaud 2 feux chauffe-eau electrique, machine à café, téléviseur.L'été 2006 sablage de la sous marine, test osmose, et humidité de coque, plus deux couches de sous marine au téflon.Taud complet, bimini, housses de vitres comprises, survie 6 places sac neuve 2005.

The Powles 38 was the first of several fast cruisers from Jack Powles International UK to be designed by Bernard Olesinski, nowadays better known for his boats in the current Fairline and Princess ranges. The boat was launched at the 1973 London Boat Show and 40 were built between then and 1979.

This one is the only 38ft without an aft cabin, which makes her unique. Outside there is a generous amount of deck space and from the cockpit where steps lead up to the fly bridge you will find a big bench seat which can take 7 people quite comfortably incl. the pilot seat. All new teak decks and teak in cockpit. Lord Sinclair has a bow thruster, generator and is powered by two new diesels of 305 hp giving a top speed of about 20 knots.

The hull and superstructure have been professionally sprayed with “ AWLGRIP “ paint system in 2006, included new antifouling. She has been entirely refitted from 2002 to 2007, includes new tanks, batteries, exhaust system, propellers, navigation equipment, anchor winch, life raft, Besenzoni, upholstery, dinghy, outboard, etc. The owner has invested over 100.000€. Must be seen!!!!

Twin Perkins T6354 175 hp turbo diesels give up to 22 mph, but cruise economically at around 8-9 mph. Large fuel tanks for extended range. Engines and injectors just serviced.

The boat is equally at home on the inland waterways or at sea. The new hinged, stainless steel radar arch enables passage of the Shannon Erne Waterway. The teak decks are lovely. The navy hull and white upper are original gelcoat, so no concealed repairs from collisions!

This spacious boat sleeps up to 7, but is currently configured for 5 with great comfort in 3 cabins, 1 en-suite. Large lounge with Venetian blinds & curtains, 2 heads, galley with 3 way fridge, full size cooker, new 4 kw warm air heating system. Lots of storage throughout. Most of the upholstery has just been upgraded. New stainless steel water tank.

Being a sea boat, it has lots of equipment including radar, gps, yachtfinder, auto pilot, compass, VHF, depth sounder. Full control from the flybridge. There is a 500W inverter and 14” colour television included. For safety it has a motorised search light, electric windlass, large davits for a tender and a recovery ladder from a bathing platform.

Currently based at Belturbet, Cavan on the Erne system.

Triade is an exceptional example of the popular Powles 38 cruiser range. With dimensions 11.6m x 4.0m x 1.0m she benefits from a considerable deck area, both foward and aft, as well a large fly-bridge. An attractive, sleek design, together with twin turbo 175hp Perkins diesel engines, make this a very impressive vessel.

The entrance staircase opens out into a very comfortable lounge area, together with the secondary steering position. The vessel is heated throughout by a Eberspacher warm air heating system. The boat includes a fully fitted galley incorporating gas hob, full size refrigerator and sink with hot and cold pressurised water system.

Comfortable accomodation is provided in the form of a spacious double bedroom, together with a twin cabin located foward. Two further berths are provided in the lounge area which contains a pull-out bed.
