General Equipment The Accommodation comprises of:
TOILET/SHOWER COMPARTMENT.
The toilet and shower compartment is located at furthest point forward and has been designed in the shape of a V. There is a wash basin both to port and starboard with the toilet in-between. Above both basins there are two stowage cupboards and one below. Behind the toilet in the forepeak there is two large stowage cupboards and a ventilation hatch above the toilet. The shower is located to port with a mirror next to it.
The compartment is very spacious and could comfortably accommodate two people at once.
Moving aft there is the master cabin.
MASTER CABIN
This cabin like with the toilet compartment has been designed with user comfort in mind, as it utilises the full beam of the boat.
The double berth is located to port. There is a double stowage cupboard on the cabin wall above the berth with a wide shelf below. To starboard there is a vanity unit boasting four draws and a mirror, either side of this there are two large hanging lockers.
Moving aft into the wheelhouse.
WHEELHOUSE
The helm position is located to port with a double helm seat. Below the helm seat there is a cutlery draw and large stowage cupboard, which is perfectly suited for crockery. Aft of this is the concealed galley. To starboard there is a large double cupboard with a wine and spirit cabinet on top. Aft of this there is a Parker Knoll three seater sofa. Access to the large teak laid cockpit is via a sliding patio door.

Pacific Crystal / Crystal II

Pacific Crystal (Q817) and Crystal 2 (Q818) were part of forty five "Powles 36" Sea going Cruisers built between 1975 and 1978. Both were seen on the Broads only a couple of years ago..

The only other Broads Cruiser of the same design was Supermore, fitted out by Moore & Co for the 1978 season. Picture below. She was transferred to the Thames in 1979, according to Moores retired Manager, as she was too heavy to handle on the Broads, having been designed for sea use.
